I understand the cost of Things are going up but to pay 7.50 for a wrap. They got smaller. By the way, then they had these young girls in there, working for $11 an hour. Which places went so downhill... It's not even a joke, smaller portions, more expensive pricing, and they use your kids . low pay to sell their product. I'll just stay home and make the same wrap for $2.50

I got a smoothie from here that tasted like mold. I thought it was my imagination, but when I got home I had three other people try it and they all thought it tasted like mold too. I called to let them know, and the general manager was rude, condescending, and called me a liar. She told me she would only give me my money back if I went to the hospital to get medical documentation that I drank mold. My other option was driving all the way back to get the smoothie remade, as if I would waste my time and gas money to risk getting another moldy smoothie made by rude employees. Honestly, just the fact that they wouldn’t double check to make sure all their fruit and supplies were free of mold would have been enough to keep me from going back here, but the awful manager was just the icing on the cake.

Im a bit complicated with modifications/customizations in my drink, but they consistently give me a 10/10 every time, while giving me a smile! Great service, great drinks, great attitude!

I always place online orders through door dash. But every time I have to pick my order up, it's always tedious. They will not acknowledge you or ask if you need help with anything. Instead, they will ignore you until you say something and when you say something, they get an attitude about it; every time. Today I placed my order, I went in. When I got in, there were several customers in the store. I also couldn't help but to notice that she was sealing my drink and putting it into the fridge. My knee jerk reaction was to say something but I thought I should be patient, as there are others ahead of me. So I stood back and waited. After all the customers were helped, I approached the counter where you pick up. Nobody would acknowledge me. I waited a little longer. As I'm Waiting new customers were coming into the store. They took 3 new orders and still no acknowledgment, nobody asking me if I need help. So then I started to go to the register. As I am approaching the register, this woman is nearby so I grabbed her attention. I said excuse me and hi, I have an online order for door dash. She ask what the name was and I told her. I ordered my favorite mango tango, and the chicken cesar wrap. It tasted pretty okay, but after an hour or so I started not feeling so well so I took a nap. I woke up from the nap with a fever and horrible stomach problems. Went to the ER and they told me I have Food poisoning. I called Pulp to let them know they should throw away the rest of the ingredients for the cesar wrap bc I have food poisoning from it and she said "oh okay" Good smoothies, bad wraps.
